WEDDING DAY

Styling
Styling and floral design content includes:
  • Bridal party - bouquets, buttonholes, flower crowns and wrist corsages
  • Ceremony styling - welcome sign, entrance, backdrop, pew side and siging table
  • Reception styling - welcome sign, entrance, guest signing table, dessert table or cake table, bridal table centerpieces, guest table centerpieces and hanging pieces
  • Reception table setting - candle holders, charger plates, glass, cutlery, napkins, table cloth and table runners, etc.
  • Wedding Stationery -Invitation, wedding Initials or monogram, welcome sign and seating chart
Other service includes:
  • Sourcing the suppliers that suits your style.
  • Communicate with the venue about the time of pump in and out and other details.
  • Design coordinator to ensure the effect of styling.
Flowers
Available floral design content includes:
  • Bridal party - bouquets, buttonholes, flower crowns and wrist corsages
  • Ceremony - welcome sign, entrance, backdrop, pew side and signing table
  • Reception - welcome sign, seating chart, entrance, guest signing table, dessert table or cake table

**Non-floral décor and props are excluded. Choose our styling service to ensure everything is flawless from sketch to final.
Styling + Coordination
  • Incl. the styling service listed above
  • Starting 4-6 weeks out from your big day, this service is for any couple who has done the majority of the planning, but needs a little help finalizing all the details to bring everything (and everyone) together.
  • ONE handover zoom meeting to discuss an overview of your wedding requirements.
  • ONE conduct final meeting at venue to discuss floor plan and set up.
  • Necessary phone calls/emails of any wedding planning questions you may have and so you feel fully supported throughout your wedding planning journey.
  • Assistance with and confirmation of your wedding day run sheet and timeline.
  • Taking over communication with your suppliers from 4 weeks out up until your wedding day.
  • Meeting your suppliers on the day of your wedding to ensure their set up & that they are on time.
  • Up to 10 hours flexible hours of wedding coordinator and the main contact on your wedding day for any questions from suppliers, family and loved ones.
  • Setting up extra DIY décor and bits and pieces that you have prepared, including menus, place cards, bonbonnieres, seating chart, etc.
  • Safe guarding your personal items, wedding certificate and wishing well to drop back at your accommodation when the day has finished.
